Baking by default
I've started trying to become more organized when it comes to cooking. I make a menu for usually 2 weeks at a time and get the groceries. I still haven't quite got into the baking thing. I do it by 'default' . . . I work and commute (which done doing soon) so lately I've been having a friend make cupcakes for events and even then suggesting her to others. Eventually I'd like to say I'll bake on a regular basis . . . if I do below are some of the blogs that seem so have some great recipes and some creative choices.
Intro
My first blog is pretty much just an intro to why I’m blogging and asking for any topics people may want to know about. I’m a mother, work full-time, and a full-time student. I work in an educational environment with varying software and doing web design with now pursuing a Bachelor's in Journalism, Broadcasting & Mass Communication with a Double Minor in PR/Advertising and Web Design at NDSU. I already have two Associates degrees in Adminstrative Assitant (Medical Emphasis) and Business Management (Admin Emphasis) through Rasmussen College.
I've worked in various jobs from housekeeping, working with developmentally disabled and retirees, working at an Admin Assistant/Contract Admin/Web Site Manager at a construction company, and now working at a college first as an Admin Secretary and now an Academic Assistant.
I love to learn. I think people should be attempting to learn something new every year. I tend to watch a lot of movies and various types of TV shows, listen to varying types of music, and read various types of books. Also if I like something I tend to speak about it and if I don’t, I think it is useful for others to know why. Sometimes my brain gets a bit cluttered and I think blogging will help me unload it from time to time.
I welcome any comments or suggestions on how to make the blog better or maybe just subject matter you would like to hear about.
